Literature Search

Hey again. So over the past two weeks I’ve been trying to get my hands on every journal article or book that contains recent studies of the Lyngen glaciers, and particularly their responses to climate change. Given that literally thousands of articles have been written in this field its been surprising how few have focused on the Lyngen Peninsula (less than 10 that I could find), and there doesn’t seem to have been a study specifically like ours in the region for around twenty years. Who knows how much the glaciers have changed in that time? I have to admit it’s pretty exciting to think that the research we’ll be doing is new and original, and it’ll be interesting to compare our results to the handful of previous studies there have been.
